"Well-Being in the Workplace"

ON-SITE CHAIR MASSAGE

Today, more companies recognize the value in offering theraputic massage services into their workplace. Just 15 minutes per person serves to refresh and re-inspire your staff to tackle the demands of today's business challenges. Guy has adapted his clinical table massage techniques to the office setting, providing a more invigorating treatment than is possible with the massage chair approach.

ERGONOMIC CONSULTING

Guy's simple ergonomic evaluation package is the easy way to correct chronic posture problems that result in lowered productivity, increased absences and work place stress.

SELF-CARE TRAINING

Teaching self-care skills puts in a crucial piece of the well-being puzzle missing in conventional approaches. Most people don't know the warning signs of Repetitive Stress injuries (RPIs), such as Carpal Tunnel or Thoracic Outlet Syndromes. Following a few basic guidelines and habits, the WORKWELL program trains people to help ward off serious problems. It's a powerful, practical approach to enhancing workplace vitality.
