A NEW COURSE RECORD! Of course he had to leave himself some goals for the future, so he carefully avoided going under 20 minutes or averaging 30mph. I'm sure he'll back to attack those later…. Among the women, newcomer Tricia Weston had a great ride in her first ever time trial. It will be interesting to see how she does as she gets more familiar with the course. As the CBTT increases in popularity, parking lot crowding is getting to be an issue. Though we do have a NPS permit to use the lot, we don't have a right to obstruct the passage of visitors' vehicles or in any way obstruct the use of that lot by others and the park retains the right to revoke the permit. So please, If you can't avoid driving by riding to the race, park in the public lot on Keyes Road in Concord Center. It's only a mile or so away. As an added bonus, you get to start your warmup early and the restrooms there are open late. We will also try giving start numbers and times immediately when you sign in so you'll be able to warm up and meet us at your start time without having to return to the parking lot.
