How did you spend this off-season?
Riding cross bike through the snow, basketball, x-skiing and downhill.
What are your goals for 2009?
20 points! Try to do well in at least one crit or circuit race :). Become a decent time trialist.
What’s the one thing you’ve done on a ride (training or race) that you will absolutely never do again?
Go on a 45 mile bike ride during a 12inch snow storm on my cross bike with worn down tires.

My philosophy on training/bike maintenance/diet is…
Hammer every hill you see and spend atleast one day a week on the TT bike. If the chain is colored orange it is time to clean it. Eat your veggies.
