How did you spend this off-season/winter?
Watching the Housewives of Orange County/Atlanta/New York, Top Chef, and Flipping Out (on the trainer of course).
What are your goals for 2009?
Help our team win on the local and regional level and gain more experience and confidence at the NRC level.

What is your Favorite Race? Why?
The Tour de PEI. It was a taste of racing at the UCI level and an exceptionally well organized event – exclusively for women.

Paula Bedard introduced me to NEBC.

GC @ GMSR 2007, Palmer and Sturbridge 2008
What would you consider your finest moment on the bike?
Riding down the Natchez Trace with the Sultan of the Socratic Method.
What was your worst or most embarrassing moment on the bike?
Being lantern rouge in the PEI TT. I knew it would be bad. I just didn’t know how bad.
What’s the strangest thing you’ve seen on a bike ride?
The General Lee parked outside of Puckett’s in Leiper’s Fork.
What’s the one thing you’ve done on a ride (training or race) that you will absolutely never do again?
I will never again try to do a power test TT outside when the temperature is below 30 degrees.
When you’re not on your bike, what do you like to do?
Anything that involves being outside and/or on the beach
What’s the best advice you ever got for training/racing on the bike?
You can’t get stronger without rest and recovery.

“If you can’t eat it or ride it, don’t buy it.”
