I love the smell of brake pads in the morning. Plus, it beats training.

I’m the worst all-rounder, ever.

What is your favorite part of a bicycle?
Traction.
What was your finest moment on the bike?
Stacking into the back of a Volvo on a 40mph downhill, flying over the car, and emerging unscathed. Good times.
Wow. So what was your worst moment on the bike?
So I’m descending down Mount Washington when suddenly I slip, and I start to fall. Just falling, ahh ahh, I’ll never forget the terror. When suddenly I realize “Holy shit, Todd, haven’t you been smoking Peyote for six straight days, and couldn’t some of this maybe be in your head?”
